Shipping policy

Retail orders are shipped via FedEx 2Day Express (our standard rate) or USPS Priority Mail.

Please note when you select your shipping method that delivery time may vary based on location and orders may take up to 2-4 business days to ship.

Orders placed with a PO Box with Standard shipping will be sent SmartPost and may take up to 2 weeks to arrive. Orders with a large quantity or multiple products may be shipped via FedEx Ground at the discretion of the company.

Wholesale orders will be shipped via FedEx ground. 

Back-orders will ship complimentary via 2nd Day service. 

Orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days of their receipt for in-stock products. 

Placement of order will confirm acceptance of the above terms and conditions.

If you believe your order has been misdelivered, lost, or stolen, we recommend first reaching out to the carrier with the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation. If you are unable to locate your order, Contamac Solutions will attempt to assist in an investigation but will not be held responsible to replace or refund items after delivery has been made and confirmed by the carrier.
