Shipping policy 

Retail orders are shipped via FedEx 2Day Express (our standard rate) or USPS Priority Mail.

Please note when you select your shipping method that delivery time may vary based on location and orders may take up to 2 business days to ship.

Orders placed with a PO Box with Standard shipping will be sent SmartPost and may take up to 2 weeks to arrive. Orders with a large quantity or multiple products may be shipped via FedEx Ground at the discretion of the company.

Wholesale orders will be shipped via FedEx ground. 

Back-orders will ship complimentary via 2nd Day service. 

Orders will be shipped within 2 business days of their receipt for in-stock products. 

Placement of order will confirm acceptance of the above terms and conditions.

If you believe your order has been misdelivered, lost, or stolen, we recommend first reaching out to the carrier with the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation. If you are unable to locate your order, Contamac Solutions will attempt to assist in an investigation but will not be held responsible to replace or refund items after delivery has been made and confirmed by the carrier.

 

Return and refund policy

No returns or exchanges will be accepted without the prior written consent of Contamac Solutions.

Unused, undamaged, un-expired, un-opened cartons or cases (12 cartons) may be returned for a refund (less the cost of return shipping) within 30 days of purchase. 

Subscriptions: Reminders are sent at least 3 days prior to order processing, please follow the link in your email to manage your subscription and makes changes prior to your order processing date. If an order has processed but has not shipped, a refund will be issued less a $2 restocking fee. If an order has shipped, standard return policies apply.

Expired Product: Items may be exchanged if the product was purchased at full price 30 days prior to the date of expiration (90 days for wholesale). Please reach out to hello@nutrifill.com for instructions.

Sale products are final sale and my not be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.

Please notify Contamac Solutions within 5 days of receipt of any incorrectly shipped orders (shortages, overages, or incorrect products) or defective products. Contamac Solutions will provide a return label when necessary and make every reasonable effort to correct the order or replace defective products; if not, a full refund will be issued.

If you receive an order that has been damaged in transit, please send photos of damaged shipment to Contamac Solutions within 2 days of delivery for full replacement of damaged products. Contamac Solutions will provide a return label for the return of damaged product.
