Retail Customers

• Retail customers agree to report complaints or concerns related to the use of this product to Contamac Solutions and return product if necessary.

Wholesale Customers

• By creating a wholesale account, that buyer acknowledges that they are a licensed health care practitioner in the United States, an authorized representative purchasing on behalf of a licensed health care provider, or an approved retailer. 
• Wholesale customers agree to not sell our products to any other retailer or on any third-party sales platforms (i.e, eBay, Amazon, Facebook).
• Wholesale customers agree to report any and all complaints or concerns related to the use of this product within 2 days to Contamac Solutions, including lot numbers when necessary.
• Wholesale customers agree to follow any instructions provided by Contamac Solutions in the event of a recall.

Prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. All prices are in US dollars. Nutrifill is currently only available for sale in the United States.
